What is a CBD capsule?
Similar to CBD oils, CBD capsules have been designed to make taking CBD oil a simple and convenient process. However, they are produced using a completely different process than conventional CBD oil tinctures.
Like CBD oil, CBD capsules can be available in two different ways: CBD isolate, a powdery substance that is injected into the capsule, or capsules filled with CBD oil. This requires two different extraction methods.
With CBD oil capsules, the cannabinoids are extracted from the plant in the same way. Instead of filling the tincture with CBD oil, the oils in the capsules are filled with capsules. To fill the capsule, CBD oil is often combined with other carriers such as hemp seed oil or olive oil to help in the absorption of CBD.
